Police eventually were led to where some of the remains were found, including Regan’s skull and teeth. Kelly told police that she and Jason then proceeded to dismember the body and discard it in bags. Regan was killed in October 2014 after Jason Cochran shot him in the head after catching Kelly and Regan in the middle of an intimate moment at the Cochran’s Iron River home. The neighbors say they ate a “strange tasting” burger and some believe it contained a portion of the remains of Regan.
